Stilla

Stilla is an AI teammate you mention in a channel. Tag it in Slack, Teams, GitHub or Linear and it does the work, drawing on company context and — the detail that matters most — operating inside your existing permissions rather than around them. It connects to more than three thousand tools, monitors them, and can act on a schedule or when a condition is met. Meeting notes are captured collaboratively, action items are identified, and the drafted work is accepted with a tap.

Two design decisions separate this from the crowded assistant market. The first is permission inheritance: most agent tools require broad service-account access that quietly flattens your access model, so an assistant ends up able to surface things a given employee should not see. Respecting existing permissions is the difference between something security will approve and something that stalls in review. The second is the closing of the loop from meeting to execution — capturing action items is common, drafting the resulting work and executing it on approval is not.

The evaluation question is the same one every multi-tool agent faces: depth behind the integration count. Three thousand tools is a statement about reach, not about how well any single workflow is handled, so test it against the specific systems your work actually runs through. Channel-based delegation also makes output public by default, which is good for accountability and unforgiving when the work is wrong. Start with a scheduled, checkable task and read the results before widening its remit.
